If you have recently applied for credit, housing, employment or had any other adverse action taken against you based on information provided by Teletrack, you are entitled to receive a copy of that same information free of charge. Please include a copy of your proof of identity and a document that confirms your address . In addition, we will reinvestigate any information that we maintain which you believe is inaccurate and will correct any such information that is determined to be inaccurate or incomplete.
